To road test it I saved it for a morning that I really didn’t want to go training. I’m putting in a lot of hours for my kickboxing black belt and most days I hurt like hell when I wake up.
45 mins after taking this I was pain free and thoroughly enjoying my session…its smooth, long lasting and very positive. A great all-rounder!
