Have to say this really didn’t do owt for me, but it’s subjective. Don’t let one person’s bad review put you off trying it. I have been using Kratom for over 20 years, I guess I’m just better sticking with individual strains.

I have been taking kratom for a number of years now. I use it in place of anti depressants and anxiety medication as I find kratom is far more beneficial. I’ve tried every prescription treatment and all they seem to do is make me numb. Kratom isn’t a miracle cure for me, but it is by far, an enabler for me to work rest and play. That sounds cheesy but it is actually true!
