Q. Do you offer Wholesale Capsule Vendor Packs, I didn’t see these available on your website? A. We don’t have Wholesale Capsule Vendor Packs available on our website but we do sell capsules wholesale, please contact us for more information. We cannot dispatch capsules and powder together in the same package, these would need to be packaged and shipped separately. Q. What if there are issues with my order and my package isn’t successfully delivered? A. We offer replacements for the majority of locations in the event of problems with delivery. We will discuss this with you before proceeding with your order. Q. What about import charges, will I be liable to pay these if there are any? Are you knowledgeable on the potential charges that might be applicable for my country? A. You, the buyer are responsible for any Import taxes or charges that might be due once the package has arrived safely at its destination country, but if you order wholesale from our EU warehouse to another EU country, then you do not have to pay any import taxes.
