“For convenience shipping rates are calculated as a flat rate percentage of the carts total value and may not reflect the true shipping cost accurately. None the less the total price of our products and services with all costs included are carefully considered to ensure we’re competitively placed.”
Since we have various shipping partners in various countries using several different shipping methods, integrating a plugin for accurate and up to date shipping costs simply isn’t possible. Flat rate shipping is by far the most convenient option for our Business and we urge customers to instead of scrutinizing the individual price break down, rather look at the total cost of your order and compare that to other European competitors and you’ll be sure to find your receiving undeniably good value for money.
We charged you a total €390.00 for 5.25kg of top quality Kratom nano-powder which is the equivalent of just €74.20 per kilo with all costs included, shipped from within the EU. Honestly we made very little if all, profit on this order and have since increased our prices for this particular product.
